Who it suits

In our cloud is mainly do-it-yourself. It suits businesses with the time to learn a new tool, or with some experience of business process analysis or AI tools. If you get stuck, paid support is there, quoted on the time it takes to get you where you want to be.

The full system, not a cut-down version

Early access in our cloud is exactly the same amatis.ai as Done for you. The difference is who does the work.

  • Every connector, Xero included.
  • Your choice of AI model for each task: a top model for strategy and a cheaper one for processing data.
  • The AI Chief of Staff, which maps how your business runs today and guides you through moving each part of the work to AI.

What it costs

During early access: no platform fee. You pay only for AI usage, as prepaid credit. You add credit, usage counts it down, and the work stops when it runs out, so a wrongly set-up automation can’t run up a bill.

At launch: we’ll tell you the price and give you 30 days’ notice before anything changes. If it doesn’t suit, you can export everything in open formats, move to another way of using amatis.ai, or simply stop.

Support, if you want it: quoted on the time it takes.

Where your data lives

  • Each business has its own separate tenant.
  • Held by a New Zealand company, under New Zealand privacy law.
  • Servers in New Zealand and Australia. If you need New Zealand only, tell us.
  • Encrypted in transit, with keys and passwords encrypted where they’re stored.
  • Backed up daily.
  • The AI providers we use keep none of your data and don’t train on it.

What happens next

  1. Register. Tell us your name, your business, and what you’d most like amatis.ai to do first.

  2. We confirm your place within two working days.

  3. We set up your tenant, and you book your one-hour online guided set-up session.

  4. Add AI credit and start. The AI Chief of Staff takes it from there.

For organisations that need every piece of data to stay on their own network, such as a medical practice. We install amatis.ai on your network and support it. It’s the same system, arranged and priced to your requirements, and it costs more than the cloud version.

To start, tell us three things:

  • how many people will use it
  • why it needs to stay on premises (a regulator, a client contract, your own policy)
